Certificate Hidden will flag your FFL license as hidden. This may
be necessary in cases when the FFL has expired and is no longer valid. To
prevent new firearm or bound book entries from being assigned to it, if
the FFL is marked as Certificate Hidden, then no new firearms
can be assigned to it.
