Selecting Tools -> Backup/Restore -> Backup from the menu will allow you to specify the location and file name of your backup. When the backup is complete, a summary will be displayed indicating total counts for the items that were saved:
Once the backup is complete, a backup status will appear in the status area located at the bottom of the FIRE application.
